This notice has been prepared by Bakış Gayrimenkul İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, “KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform (Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ).

Personal data processed
- Identity and contact details: full name, phone number, email address — when you contact us via the contact form, by phone, on WhatsApp or by email.
- Request details: the content of your message, the listing you are interested in, and the information you share about your property.
- Transaction security: server logs kept by the hosting provider when you visit the site (IP address, browser information, time of access).
Purposes of processing
- To respond to your request and answer your questions,
- to offer options that suit the property you are looking for and to arrange viewings,
- to assess a property you wish to sell or rent out, and to hold discussions prior to an authorisation agreement,
- to fulfil obligations arising from the Regulation on Real Estate Trade (Taşınmaz Ticareti Hakkında Yönetmelik) and related legislation,
- to keep the site secure.
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- (c) being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — responding to your request and pre-contractual discussions,
- (ç) the data controller fulfilling its legal obligation — records and notifications relating to real estate trade,
- (f) legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms — following up on requests and site security.
No processing is based on explicit consent; we do not send you commercial electronic messages (SMS or email advertising).
Method of collection
Data is collected through the contact form on the website, by phone, on WhatsApp, by email and in face-to-face meetings, partly by automated means (form and server logs) and partly by non-automated means.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred:
- to our consultants who handle your request,
- to authorised public institutions and organisations where there is a legal obligation to do so,
- to business partners that provide the site’s hosting and (where used) form submission services.
The servers of the hosting and form service providers may be located abroad; such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. When you use the WhatsApp button, your message is sent via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), as initiated by you, and that service’s privacy terms apply.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
- request that your data be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed, request its erasure or destruction where the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK are met, and request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- object to any outcome to your detriment that results from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of unlawful processing.
Applications
You may submit your requests in writing, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ), to the company address (Bursa). Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
Cookies and the map
Our site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking; for this reason, cookie consent is not requested. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server.
The map on listing pages is not loaded until you press the “Load map” button. When you load it, your IP address is sent to Google (abroad) and Google cookies may be used. Alternatively, you can open the location directly in Google Maps using the “Open in Google Maps” link.
The admin panel (/admin) is for site administrators only; it stores session information in the administrator’s browser.
