The process for property owners

  1. ValuationWe visit the property and agree its market value with you, based on comparable properties in the area.
  2. Authorisation agreementAs the regulations require, we sign a written authorisation agreement before the property is listed.
  3. Listing and marketingWe prepare the photos and description, and publish the listing on our website and on property portals.
  4. Viewings and negotiationWe arrange viewings with prospective buyers or tenants and handle the negotiations.
  5. Contract and title deedWe see the process through with you, from the contract to the transfer of the title deed.

Service fee

The service fee may not exceed the caps set in Article 20 of the Regulation on Real Estate Trade (Taşınmaz Ticareti Hakkında Yönetmelik): a total of 4% of the property price for a sale and one month’s rent for a rental, both excluding KDV (VAT). Unless agreed otherwise, the fee is paid by the parties in equal shares. The fee is set out in writing in the authorisation agreement.

Secure payment

Once the Ministry of Trade’s regulation on a secure payment system for property sales comes into force, the sale price will be paid through that system. Our consultant can tell you more about the process.
